These terms apply to every booking, order and purchase made through this website. By placing an order or booking a service you agree to them. Please read them before you buy. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We offer personal styling services, gift boxes, curated products and the SHEFYSTYLE Style Club. Service descriptions on the site explain what is included in each one. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but slight variation in colour or finish can occur, particularly with curated and gift box items.

Placing an order or making a booking is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or a date is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you in full.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. Payments for shop items are handled by Shopify, and payments for styling services are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is formed, and we will contact you if a price is wrong.

When you book a styling session we will confirm the date, time and format by email. You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, or non-attendance, are non-refundable, as the time has been reserved for you. If we need to cancel or move a session, you may choose a new date or a full refund. Where a session takes place at a location you have chosen, you are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access.

The Style Club Essentials membership is a recurring monthly subscription of £12.99, billed each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the billing month already paid for. We do not refund part months. If we change the price or what the membership includes, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect.

You agree to give us accurate information when booking, to treat us and anyone working with us with courtesy, and to use any styling materials, documents or digital resources we provide for your own personal use only.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, branding and the styling documents and digital resources we produce for clients, belongs to SHEFYSTYLE LTD or is used under licence. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or publish it without our written permission.

Styling is a personal and subjective service. We give our honest professional opinion, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome. Where we shop on your behalf or accompany you, purchases you make from third-party retailers are contracts between you and that retailer, and their own returns policies apply. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned.

If something has gone wrong, please email hello@shefystyle.com with the details and your order or booking reference. We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and resolve them within fourteen days.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Scottish courts. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own jurisdiction.
