Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Who We Are

2. What the Membership Includes
By subscribing, you receive access to digital content, styling guides, video masterclasses, worksheets, community features, and (depending on your tier) live sessions, personal shopping support, and direct messaging access, as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to update, add, or remove specific content within the membership, provided the overall value and nature of the tier remain substantially the same.
3. Subscription, Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Your membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.
- Payment is taken automatically on each renewal date via the payment method you provided.
- We will send you a reminder email at least 7 days before each renewal date confirming the amount to be charged and how to cancel if you wish.
- Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price increase before your next renewal. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you agree to the updated price.
4. Digital Content: Immediate Access and Cooling-Off Waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel an online purchase. However, because our membership provides immediate access to digital content:
- By completing your purchase, you give your express consent to receive immediate access to the digital content included in your membership.
- You acknowledge that by receiving immediate access, you lose your 14-day right to cancel and receive a refund for the current billing period.
- This waiver applies to each billing period at the point of renewal.
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard on our website, or by emailing us at shefystyleltd@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to membership content until that date.
- No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
- We aim to make cancellation as simple as subscribing. You should be able to cancel in no more steps than it took to join.
6. What Happens When Your Membership Ends
- When your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your access to all gated membership content (guides, masterclasses, community, worksheets, live sessions) will be revoked automatically.
- You may resubscribe at any time to regain access, subject to the pricing and tier structure available at that time.
7. Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
All content within the Shefystyle membership — including text, images, guides, videos, worksheets, and designs — is the intellectual property of Shefystyle Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law.
- You may access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, screenshot for redistribution, screen-record, or make available any membership content to any third party.
- You may not share your login credentials with anyone. Each membership is for one individual.
- Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.
8. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of the membership and the immediate-access waiver above, refunds are not available for the current billing period once access has been granted.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us and we will resolve it or, at our discretion, extend your membership or issue a credit.
- Annual subscriptions: if you cancel within 14 days of your annual renewal and have not accessed any new content added since renewal, we will consider a refund request on a case-by-case basis.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We collect your name, email address, and payment details to manage your membership. We do not sell your data to third parties. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data by contacting us at shefystyleltd@gmail.com.
10. VAT
Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Digital memberships are classified as electronically supplied services. For customers outside the UK, local tax rules may apply.
11. Limitation of Liability
The content in our membership is for general styling guidance and inspiration only. It does not constitute professional or medical advice. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on our content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the membership shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
